"Is it impossible to move on without making a sacrifice?"
Reading this in the manga, "Fairy Tail", I realized how true the words held to reality, even though I had seen them in a manga. Is it really impossible to achieve some things without first making a few sacrifices? Is this how life is designed, so that we can never have everything that we want?
That just seems so... unfair. But then, that is how life works. And even I am not that naive as to think that we can live in such a utopia. To tell the truth, I would probably grow bored of it after a short time. Only by comparing our good fortune and happy moments to the dark and cold times, do we actually truly realize the importance of some things to us, and learn to appreciate what we have in life. There is that saying, "You only truly treasure something after you lose it", and I can tell you right now, that is something that I definitely agree with. And it has never been more close to the truth. At least, it is that way to me.
